What is the S&P Sustainability Yearbook?
Each year, S&P Global announces the results of their annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) of around 8,000 companies worldwide. The CSA consists of approximately 100 questions assessing both public and non-public data submitted by participating companies.
Using ESG ratings and analytics, companies are evaluated on a range of factors such as overall sustainability credentials, environmental policies, governance, employee welfare, security and approaches to social issues. Companies with a CSA score within the top 15% of their industry as well as within 30% of their industry’s top performing company are then considered Sustainability Yearbook Members.
