Update on technical issues affecting Nordea’s digital services
During last weekend, Nordea conducted some planned maintenance work, which had been communicated to our customers. At the same time, we have seen heightened Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) activities across the Nordic region. This combination has led to some digital services being temporarily slower or unavailable for periods of time for our customers.
Our priority number one is to always be able to service our customers. We are continuously working on stabilising our services and ensuring normal operation. We apologise for the inconvenience these technical issues are causing our customers.
