The concept is aimed at both new and existing customers in Nordea. If you are a new customer the training is a good base to get started and as an existing customer, you can learn some new tips and tricks or expand your knowledge.

Our pre-recorded training videos are performed by trainers from cash management customer service. They are available and ready anytime you like.

For you that is a new user of Corporate Netbank we recommend you to see our general training about Corporate Netbank. It is about 20 minutes and includes a walkthrough of the basic functionalities such as navigation and handling accounts and payments.

Training in Danish
