Nordea Investment Fund Company Finland Ltd (on behalf of both Funds) and Nordea Bank Finland Plc have concluded a market making agreement, which fulfils the requirements of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd’s and NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Ltd’s market making operations.
According to the agreement, Nordea Bank Finland Plc will provide Nordea Global Emerging Markets Equities UCITS ETF Fund’s units with bids and offers (so that the maximum spread is 1.20 per cent) and Nordea Stable Equities UCITS ETF Fund’s units with bids and offers (so that the maximum spread is 1.00 per cent). The spread is calculated from the bid quotation. Bids or offers include fund units in the amount of at least 10,000 euros for both funds.
Nordea Bank Finland Plc undertakes to submit bids and offers for both fund units on the official list in the trading system of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki and NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on each trading day in Helsinki during continuous trading of active managed ETFs.
The Market making in accordance with the agreement will begin on 26 September 2013. The market making agreement is valid for the time being and the term of notice of the agreement is three months.
