Nordea Bank Abp will publish the following financial reports in 2019:
- Fourth Quarter and Year-end Results 2018, 6 February 2019
- First Quarter Results 2019, 30 April 2019
- Second Quarter Results and half-year 2019, 18 July 2019
- Third Quarter Results and January-September 2019, 24 October 2019
The Annual Report and Capital and Risk Management Report for 2018 will be published on Nordea’s website (www.nordea.com) in week 9, 2019.
The Annual General Meeting of Nordea Bank Abp will be held in Helsinki on 28 March 2019 at 13.00 EET.
The record date for possible dividend payments is Monday 1 April 2019. The earliest dividend payment date is Monday 8 April 2019.
Nordea’s silent period is from the fifth banking day after the financial quarter ends. In 2019, the silent periods will be as follows: 5-29 April for Q1 2019, 5-17 July for Q2 2019 and 7-23 October for Q3 2019.
