Future Finance Professional Programme

We believe in talent, personal development and great relationships

In Markets, LC&I in Finland, we’re always on the lookout for talent, and we find most of our junior employees through our unique traineeship; the Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme which runs from May throughout September.

We open for application to our FFP 2026 programme in the autumn 2025.

Learn about the various FFP roles and meet some of this year's recruiting teams in the below links to Position Descriptions 2025 and Team videos.

Steep learning curve

By joining our FFP program, you can expect a fast-paced learning journey with strong support and plenty of enjoyable moments along the way. You will receive hands-on training and take on meaningful challenges, all while working closely with your team and benefiting from coaching and continuous guidance. On top of that, you will build a broad network within the Finnish financial sector and across Nordics - and you will have the chance to connect with fellow FFPs and colleagues through various social events.

While the initial learning curve can be steep, I've found the rapid acquisition of knowledge and skills to be both exciting and rewarding
