Our Graduate Programme – a personal learning journey

As Graduate in Nordea, you’ll have business impact from day one. You’ll develop both professionally and personally, turning your skills and passions into an exciting career.

So, what can you look forward to when joining our Graduate programme? Seminars to support your personal development journey, a global network of fellow graduates, tools and support on how to accelerate your own career – to name a few things.

It will be a journey where we will grow together, where you are invited to contribute – and that we believe you will truly enjoy!

Joining a changing company means great possibilities

So, why should you join us? Joining a changing company means the possibility to really make an impact. You’ll play a part in building a truly digital bank with new, agile ways of working.

This means that you’ll be needed in exciting projects with collaboration cross teams, cross countries. You’ll see lots of opportunities for learning, developing and contributing to the societies we’re part of. We are striving to make a difference – and you’re invited to take part.

At Nordea.com, you can read more about us, our business and our engagement with the society – i.e. our new course for sustainability, our efforts connected to preventing financial crime and how we want to make community engagement count.
