Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is a leading player within sustainable finance and a leading bank for large corporate and institutional customers in the Nordics.

As a graduate you work together with some of the best people in the industry. When stepping on to one of our four trading floors, you'll instantly feel that buzzing, dynamic atmosphere which you quickly will become a part of.
Unique Graduate program
It’s a two-part graduate programme, divided into a general part and a business track. The openings differ from country to country, but whether you are located in Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden, the programme will run the same course.
The general part runs for one year, during which time you will attend several international seminars and meet fellow graduates from other countries in the bank. You will have a mentor and you gain a solid overview and a great network, not only within Nordea Markets LC&I but across Nordea.
The business track runs for one to two years where you get to specialise in a chosen business area - with opportunity to rotation. You can pursue a career as sales manager, analyst, trader, researcher, developer or some other position within our business. You will get hands-on experience and responsibility from day one – with full support from colleagues in your team.
As a graduate in Nordea Markets LC&I, you will be hired for a specific position, and since you’ll be on a fast track, the learning curve is steep, not to mention rewarding when you succeed – which we will help you with.

Technology Graduate Programme

Nordea Technology provides functional services to Nordea’s Business Areas and Group Functions, including software development, infrastructure, application management, IT operations and cyber security services. The Technology track in Nordea Graduate Programme runs for two years and consists of 3 different rotations ideally in different parts of the technology organisation.
Rotations, the corner stones of the programme, will offer you the possibility to try out different roles and tasks in the technology value chain before finally selecting your career path within certain technology capability.
While working as part of your rotation teams, you will contribute to the business deliveries and all through the way your learning will be supported by your graduate leader, mentor, rotation teams and daily buddy. As part of the graduate community in the group, you will attend several graduate seminars and events with fellow graduates in other tracks and from other countries.
As a graduate in the Technology Graduate Programme you have a unique opportunity to experience and learn how the various parts in Technology unit work and how our banking services are being developed to enable the best possible customer experience for our clients.
