For me working as a graduate at the trading floor in Nordea equals many amazing opportunities. From Graduate to Leader
in two years

The Graduate programme was a good way to jump start my career. For me the most valuable aspect was that I have had a lot of good managers who have invested their time and effort to help me identify my strengths and weaknesses. It has also helped me grow and get as much out of the programme as possible. I have had the chance to work in many different teams and projects in which I have been able to build a strong internal network within Nordea. This has given me the possibility to get career guidance and feedback from a lot of different people and make well informed career choices.
