At Nordea, insider administration is organised in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 (MAR) and supplementing legislation as well as applicable national level laws and guidance from financial supervisory authorities.
Nordea has Group-wide rules and guidelines in place to provide clear instructions for employees to facilitate their compliance with these rules and to ensure that inside information is identified and handled appropriately at all times. The rules and guidelines are further described in the Annual Report.
