Sustainable success in tech and life

In collaboration with Women in Tech Nordea warmly welcomes you to our second breakfast event. Women in Tech is a networking organisation dedicated to promoting technology careers for women. Its member companies value diversity and encourage open discussion and knowledge sharing among women and men in the technology industry.

At this breakfast event you will enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast, hear inspiring stories from Nordea employees and get the opportunity to network. Speaker for the event is Johanna Rönkkö, People Business Partner for Core Technology and Group Data Management. Join us in exploring the ways of managing work-life balance in the ever-growing world of technology.

During your visit, you will also get to explore our new headquarters. In April 2025, we opened our splendid new headquarters in Helsinki, constructed to the highest sustainability standard with an LEED Platinum v2 certification. The eight-story building boasts an energy rating of A and a 400-meter deep geothermal well, supplying up to 80% of its heating needs, as well as solar panels.

A highlight of our headquarters is the Digital Showroom. This innovative space showcases forward-thinking digital banking services, offering visitors a unique opportunity to see future digital solutions in action. A tour led by one of our digital ambassadors ensures an unforgettable experience and a glimpse into the future of banking technology. During the visit you will also get the chance to admire the largest green wall in Northern Europe, adorned with about 4,500 plants. Join us to be inspired and witness how sustainable technology can transform the world!

Everyone with a keen interest in technology, especially in the banking sector, is welcome to attend our breakfast date!
