Important information to Corporate Netbank users: eID card and card reader will no longer be accepted

We are harmonising the ways our customers log in to our netbanks. So far, customers have been able to log in to Corporate Netbank using an eID card and a card reader or the Nordea ID app. Going forward, the only accepted login and confirmation method will be the Nordea ID app.

If you have used an eID card and a card reader when logging in, please check the expiration date on your card and activate the Nordea ID app before that date. The Nordea ID app is a safe and easy login method that is always with you in your mobile device.

As of 1 January 2023:

  • all new Corporate Netbank users must start using the Nordea ID app
  • if you lose your eID card, if it is blocked or if it expires, you must start using the Nordea ID app.

Valid eID cards and card readers will continue to function until the expiration date on the card – however not beyond the end of 2023. If you need more time for switching to the Nordea ID app, you can postpone the expiration date of your eID card by ordering a new eID card by 29 December 2022.
