With the Nordic Fintech week 2025 in full swing, Nordea had the honour of recognising four companies leading Nordic fintech innovation at the highlight of the event: The awards ceremony celebrated breakthrough solutions across AI, new entry, growth, and impact categories that are reshaping finance.

The ceremony kicked off with pitches from all eight finalists and concluded with jury, sharing the winners. Malthe Falck, Nordea's Head of Retail Digital, was present to hand out the awards to the winners and commented: 

“These awards really highlight the innovation flourishing in our Nordic community. It was inspiring to see the finalists pitching to the jury and hear more about the emerging solutions changing the way we do finance. They are the building blocks of a better financial future for consumers and businesses globally. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists!”

For the participating fintechs, these awards validate their impact and open doors to future collaborations. Felix Lindquist, Head of Commercial from Mimo, from one of the winning startups, shared their feelings about their win:
"We're humble and see the award as a testimonial of how far we haven gotten in a very short time, and we only just got started!"

New Entry category winner: Mimo

Mimo offers an all-in-one payment, cash flow, bookkeeping, and embedded financing platform for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers. Founded in 2023, Mino aims to simplify small businesses’ life with its modern financial tooling.

Atlar offers a modern treasury management platform with reliable real-time visibility into cash payments and investments. They started their journey in 2022 and their solution is used by finance teams to connect with different banks payment providers and ERP through APIs.

Founded in 2021 in Denmark, Responsibly is a supplier data platform that helps companies manage suppliers sustainably data to boost ESG performance. Responsibly provides a one-stop-shop for a supplier data making it easier for businesses to implement responsible sourcing practices with transparent insights into supplier, sustainability credentials.

AI category winner: Kaunt

Kaunt provides autonomous AI solutions for finance platforms. The company offers API-based services, including non-PO accounting automation, invoice extraction, purchase order categorisation, and expense category identification by embedding it with existing software interfaces.
