As the first of the major banks in the Nordics, Nordea now launches an AI summary for our customers. The service will deliver a news summary that presents the most important parts of different inputs based on each customer’s unique context. The AI analyses the holdings, account activity, market interests, and watchlists to select news most relevant to the customer, ensuring they receive updates that matter most to their financial goals. It is a combination of innovation and collaboration that can transform the way customers consume financial information. Instead of customers needing to navigate large amounts of articles — often fragmented and sometimes difficult to interpret — this summary does the filtering for them.
