The survey is conducted by the Estonian job portal CV.ee, which invited its users to vote for the top employers of 2024 and to rate several employers in Estonia across various categories. In 2023, Nordea Estonia was ranked as the 9th Top Employer.

Tiina Käsi, Country Senior Executives of Nordea Estonia.

“I´m very proud and thankful to all people at Nordea Estonia who contribute to creating a great workplace every day and act as Nordea ambassadors! Congratulations to all of you,” says Tiina Käsi, Country Senior Executives of Nordea Estonia.

This year we also got a 6th place in the category of Top Employer – Top of Mind – where participants were asked to name the first employer that came to mind based on the Top Employer principles.

“It’s fantastic that so many participants have Nordea as top-of-mind employer. Last year we put a lot of effort into visiting schools and universities at career fairs to share information about Nordea, the opportunities we offer, and what makes us a great workplace, so it’s good to see that our efforts are now being recognised. This work will also continue this year.”
