Nordea Bank AB (publ) announces invitations to holders of outstanding capital instruments listed in the launch notices presented in the following links:

• Launch notice GMTN and EMTN  
• Launch notice US MTN  

The consent solicitations invite to consent to certain modifications of the terms and conditions in connection with the proposed re-domiciliation of Nordea Bank AB (publ) from Sweden to Finland, and certain other modifications of the conditions.
