Nordea named best Nordic real estate bank by Euromoney
The results from Euromoney Magazine’s 2022 Real Estate Survey are in, and Nordea has won the awards for best bank for real estate services in the Nordics and Finland. This marks another consecutive win for Nordea in the global survey that recognises the leading providers of real estate products and services.
Each year, international finance magazine Euromoney canvasses the opinions of the leading firms in the real estate sector worldwide to recognise best practice in the market. In this year’s 18th annual survey, Nordea won the awards for best bank in real estate finance in the Nordics and Finland.
“We are honoured and pleased as we year after year get such recognition from our valued customers,” says Timo Nyman, Head of Construction and Real Estate Finance at Nordea. “We have worked hard for this and will continue to work humbly and hard in the coming years to match your expectations in the future. Thank you.”

This year’s survey saw a significant increase in voting, doubling the count to close to 7,000 valid responses. The respondents (senior executives of real estate advisers, developers, investment managers, banks and corporate end-users of real estate) are asked which firms they believe have provided the highest quality real estate products and services in their market during the past 12 months. The results are based on peer nominations and voter participation scores.
