At Nordea, inclusion helps create broader perspectives and deeper understanding, strengthening our ability to serve more than 10 million customers across the Nordic region.
Support for Pride is reflected across Nordea, with colleagues in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm and Tallinn also taking part in Pride activities in their cities.
Nordea Poland first joined a Pride march in 2018, when around 20 employees participated in Tricity. Since then, participation has grown steadily each year, apart from during the pandemic. In 2025, around 80 colleagues marched in Łódź, and this year Nordea again joined the city’s 15th Pride March with around 80 participants.
Nordea in Poland has achieved an average diversity and inclusion score of 90 in the People Pulse survey, placing it among only three Nordea countries - alongside Norway and Estonia - to reach this level well ahead of the Group’s 2030 target. While equal opportunity scores have declined slightly, the results reflect a continued commitment to building a fair and inclusive workplace. Engagement with our Employee Resource Groups also continues to grow, strengthening community and belonging for those who want to engage in topics such as gender equality, ability variation and cross-generational inclusion.
By joining the Pride March in Łódź, Nordea Poland reaffirms its commitment to equality, inclusion and respect for every individual. The initiative reflects Nordea’s Nordic values of openness, respect and a shared commitment to social progress.
