Service status -  subscriptions provide information on upcoming planned service breaks and email alerts of ongoing incidents. Go to the Service status subscription form
Changes and development - subscriptions provide updates on any changes or developments in the service that may affect its functionality. Go to the Changes and development subscription form
 
In the two subscription forms, ‘Service status’ and/or  the ‘Changes and Development‘, please select relevant services and related protocols you want to subscribe to. For example, both ‘Corporate eGateway – Service status’ and ‘SFTP – Service status’.

We strongly recommend that you use a common mailbox.
