Our recruitment process

Each recruitment will differ depending on the role you are applying for and the business area or function you are interested in. However, what all our recruitments have in common is that we will do our outmost to create an inclusive, positive and seamless experience for you. Read more about our recruitment process below.

  • Self-reflection and application

    When you’re ready to take your next step in your career and dive into the job search mode, we recommend starting with an often-overlooked first step: focus on you.

    Before you start applying for a specific job, take some time to ask yourself: What are my short-term and long-term career goals and does this job align with my career goals? Do the responsibilities of this job excite me? What kind of work environment do I thrive in?

  • Interviews

    The purpose of the interview is for us to learn more about your competencies, skills, motivation and values. For you, this is an opportunity to get answers to your questions – would you thrive in this role, team and culture?

    If selected to proceed, you'll attend one to three interviews where you will meet your potential future leader, a colleague from our People organization (HR) or other people relevant to the position. 

  • Work-related assessments

    We evaluate you based on your experience, skills and competencies. For some positions, we will also ask you – as part of the evaluation – to complete work-related assessment or prepare business case scenario related to the job you have applied for. 

    If you are asked to complete work-related assessment, you will always receive feedback on your results. All assessments are carried out by skilled and qualified People (HR) professionals.

  • Evaluation and feedback

    We aim to provide feedback on your application as soon as we can, while making sure we give every candidate the time and attention needed to make a fair evaluation. 

    On completion of interviews and assessments, we perform background checks  on the final candidates.
