Nordea Graduate Programme
Nordea’s Graduate Programme is a way for us to attract the most talented graduates who can grow and become future leaders and specialists at Nordea while focusing on a sustainable and diverse pipeline.

Future Finance Professional Programme
Whether you have recently graduated or are about to graduate, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to kick-start your career through our tailored FFP program at Nordea Markets, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I). The program is applicable for candidates in Finland.
In Markets, LC&I in Finland, we’re always on the lookout for talent, and we find most of our junior employees through our unique traineeship; the Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme which runs yearly from May throughout September.
Internships at Nordea
We recruit interns every year both for personal and corporate banking, where we provide you with the opportunity to kickstart your career. Many of our interns continue as student workers after their internships.
Our internships vary, but the outcome is the same: you’ll gain valuable experience and develop your personal and professional skills.
