From unknown to media darling: Benjamin’s battle to get a permanent residence permit
Although Benjamin Schenkel had a permanent job at Nordea, learnt Danish and did lots of voluntary work, he was denied a permanent residence permit. That became the start of a battle to stay in Denmark that lasted several months.
