As I begin my master's in finance at the University of Oulu, I decided to apply for Nordea's Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme. My previous experience in anti-money laundering (AML) at Nordea KYC Services over three summers has provided a strong foundation. I've found that my analytical skills and keen interest in market dynamics have been particularly valuable on the trading floor.
This summer has been filled with engaging work tasks, summer projects, and great social interactions with fellow FFPs. While the initial learning curve can be steep, I've found the rapid acquisition of knowledge and skills to be both exciting and rewarding.
For those considering applying for the FFP programme, I strongly encourage you to do so. Nordea Markets, LC&I welcomes applicants from diverse academic backgrounds. My advice is to review the team descriptions carefully to identify areas that align with your interests and strengths.
