The Nordea Women’s Finance Insight Programme initially took-off in Sweden only, and since it became such a success, we now launch the initiative cross-Nordic.

The programme will serve as an introduction to Investment Banking & Equities, and the aim is to offer you valuable insights to the life as a banker at Nordea. It is a great opportunity to establish a network, and potentially it can also be your gateway to an internship with us, just like Idil did (read her blog for more insight).

Throughout the programme, you get to develop your skills in finance, and will meet professionals from our Investment Banking and Equities divisions. You will, among others, learn how these divisions interlink and how we integrate ESG in our work.

The set-up will vary somewhat between the four hosting countries, but in general you will participate in presentations, case cracking and valuation workshops with our experienced teams. To sum-up the programme we will also host an informal closing dinner together with our colleagues.
