The company has set forth an impressive plan to enhance energy efficiency across their portfolio. They aim to nearly halve energy consumption within three years by investing in advanced building technologies and systems, including the installation of sophisticated meters, which allow detailed readings and enable more precise action management. 

These investments are designed to significantly decrease energy consumption and running costs, positively impacting carbon emissions, the environment and the economy alike.

Liljebo Fastigheter’s approach to creating a safe and welcoming environment is built around a strong target to improve social aspects for tenants. 

Actively encouraging all tenants to report flaws and problems in a dedicated system, enables Liljebo to meet its commitment to resolving these issues with an average handling frequency of at least 96% with a mean handling duration of no more than 2,7 days for all buildings, regardless of the severity of the reported issue. 

Swift and resolute issue handling is key to making the results directly visible to all tenants, which in turn increases tenants’ desire to safeguard and contribute to the local neighbourhood. This also presents the opportunity for Liljebo and stakeholders, such as Nordea, to measure their performance – or lack thereof.

This too combines the ESG values with business values since it can be shown to increase long-term occupancy, which helps stabilise property income. Furthermore, it reduces costs for repairs, as tenants become more invested in contributing to a pleasant neighbourhood. 

In June of this year, Liljebo Fastigheter organised the Stångholms Festival in Stångholmsparken – an initiative aimed at fostering well-being, pride and community spirit in the area.
