Nordea was invited to the stage alongside four other Estonian companies and was recognised as one of the top five large employers in Estonia for our commitment to fair and equal pay. The Equal Pay Title is awarded to organisations that show their dedication to equality and responsible employment practices by ensuring fair and equal pay for all employees.
“This is a proud moment and a shared achievement by our Group People team and all leaders involved in pay decisions. This recognition isn’t just a label, it’s a reflection of who we are. It signals to our employees and the wider labour market in Estonia that Nordea is a responsible and equitable payer of wages,” says Tiina Käsi, Country Senior Executive of Nordea Estonia and adds:
“It sends a clear message that equality isn’t just a value we talk about, it’s the one we live by. We do our utmost to follow best practices in ensuring equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender.”
