Nordea is a Nordic bank offering our employees many opportunities to evolve, develop and move forward in their careers. In order to constantly develop in serving our customers and meeting our obligations, it is important to continuously add new knowledge. There are different ways to assimilate new knowledge. On the job training is one way, another is to take a training course. The quality of our training is very important to create a high level of commitment and participation, which in turn makes a difference to our customers.

There is an extensive training offering to all our 30,000 employees and leaders, covering a wide range of capability areas to ensure that we build skills for now and for the future. The quality of trainings is measured through feedback surveys, measurement of business impact and external recognition or ranking.

In 2024 we are thrilled to be recognised by Brandon Hall for nine awards in total, including two gold awards, in categories such as leadership development, performance management, compliance, and learning measurement.  These awards are a testament to the expertise and a strong collaboration within Nordea and with our external partners. We are incredibly proud of these awards, the ambition and commitment that lies behind this and, not least, the impact of these trainings on the organisation.

  • Two silver awards for best Learning Measurement and Compliance Training
