To logon to either Nordea Corporate or Corporate Netbank, you need to have one of our logon methods; Nordea ID, Mobile Bank ID, Nordea ID Device, Card reader with cable or Card reader without cable. On this page you will find information on how to start using them via FAQ and instruction videos.
We have also included information about the technical requirements that we recommend to operate in Corporate Netbank.
Nordea ID app is a user friendly authentication method for logging in to Corporate Netbank - use your mobile phone or tablet to log on, confirm and verify payments.
On this page you will find an information video on how to get started with the logon solution. There is also a section of frequently asked questions where you for example can see how to confirm and verify a payment.

● First you need authorisation from your Corporate Netbank Administrator.
● The administrator needs to register your mobile phone number and email address for you to receive an activation code and a temporary pin code. The administrator also needs to inform you about your logon ID. The activation code is valid for one month from the order. Only the last ordered activation code is valid.
● A mobile device (iOS 12 or later, Android 6 or later)
● To download the Nordea ID App
Start with download Nordea ID app to your mobile phone or tablet. Open the app, click on "Start" and add a name. Then select country and choose the language in which you prefer to use the app. Note: For Finnish and Norwegian users - Select customer type Nordea corporate customer.
Enter the activation code that you have received on your mobile phone. Enter the temporary PIN code you have received in email. Note: If you are an administrator, enter the temporary PIN code that you have received in a letter.
The last step is to choose your own personal PIN code. This code you will use when logging on to Corporate Netbank and when confirmation with Nordea ID app.
The Nordea ID app is now ready for use.
● Logon to Corporate Netbank with your old mobile if available, (can be used without sim card with internet connection), go to "My profile" and add a new device to get a new activation code and temporary PIN code.
● If old mobile is not available, please ask your administrator to order a new activation code and temporary PIN code for you. This can be done under User and the tab Authentication.
● Administrator needs to delete your old device before a new temporary PIN code and activation code are ordered.
● If the agreement is administered by the bank or the administrator is not able to support, please contact the bank.
Please contact your Corporate Netbank administrator that will inform you about the logon ID.
This is a step by step guide how to logon:
1. Key in your logon ID in the Logon ID field. If you are unsecure of your Logon ID please contact your Corporate Netbank Administrator.
2. Click Logon
3. Open the Nordea ID app and key in your PIN
You will now be logged on to Corporate Netbank.
You can confirm in Corporate Netbank with the Nordea ID app.
Be sure that you are logged on to Corporate Netbank with the Nordea ID app.
1. Choose what you want to confirm
2. Click Confirm
3. Open the Nordea ID app on your device (if you have more than one user on your device, make sure that you have selected the correct user)
4. The app shows information on what you are about to confirm. Confirm by keying in your PIN
You can verify payments in Corporate Netbank with Nordea ID app.
1. Choose the payment you want to verify
2. Click Verify
3. Open the Nordea ID app on your device
4. The app shows information on what you are about to verify. Ensure that the details are correct.
5. If the details are correct, click on 'Continue to confirm'
6. Key in your PIN. The payment is now verified.
Yes it is possible, but only for persons with a Swedish Social Security number (personnummer). For other users you are welcome to use Nordea ID App as your logon method.
No, the app is an authentication method to logon, confirm and verify payments in Corporate Netbank.
Mobile Bank ID
Swedish Mobile BankID is a user friendly authentication method for logging in to Corporate Netbank - use your mobile phone or tablet to log on, confirm and verify payments.
FAQ about Swedish Mobile Bank ID
You can use Swedish Mobile BankID as logon method if you have a Swedish Social security number
• First you need authorisation from you Corporate Netbank Administrator
• A mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
• Download BankID app from App store or Google Play
• Follow instructions to download a new mobile bank id
• Take the method into use
1. Click Logon in BankID section on logon page - a second page will be shown with a QR code
2. Open Mobile BankID app and scan QR code
3. Select a profile you want to log in to, enter PIN and confirm

You will now be logged on to Corporate Netbank
To logon, verify and make confirmations.
If you are logging on to Corporate Netbank with Mobilt Bank ID for the first time your Corporate Netbank Administrator needs to active Mobilt Bank ID. Please contact your administrator to get help to active the authentication method.
Nordea ID Device (coming soon)
Please note that this option is not available yet.
Nordea ID Device is a hardware solution for logging in to Corporate Netbank or Nordea Corporate – use the device to log on, confirm and verify payments.
In this section you will find information on how to get started with the logon solution. You will find a section of frequently asked questions and step-by-step guide on how to activate the device in local languages.
FAQ about Nordea ID Device
You need authorisation from your Corporate Netbank Administrator.
Have at hand the activation code that you received by text message or letter from Nordea.
Press OK to start your Nordea ID device.
Select the language for the device. Press OK.
When the device camera starts, press C and then enter your 10-digit activation code. Press OK.
Select a PIN (4–8 digits), which you will use for logging in and signing with the device. Choose a PIN that is easy to remember but difficult for others to guess. Do not write your PIN down anywhere.
Enter your PIN and repeat it. Press OK to confirm your PIN.
The device is now activated and ready for use.
You only need to activate the device the first time you use it.

To get started with card reader with cable you need to have the following items, all provided from Nordea: A chip card (Nordea eID or e-legitimation), valid PIN, a card reader with USB cable. You also need to install the security software for BankID Security Application and the Nordea card reader driver, follow these steps:
1. Connect the card reader with the USB cable to your computer and insert the card in the card reader.
2. The card reader will read the card’s chip. The following line --------- will appear on your card reader display to indicate that the chip is being read. Please wait and continue after the line has disappeared.
3. Click the tab Cardreader with cable and click the Logon button on the Corporate Netbank logon page (Login and sign button on the card reader are not used).
4. A dialog box presents your certificate click Verify my identity.
5. The BankID dialog will appear and ask you to enter the PIN for your card.
6. The text CardPIN will appear on the card reader display. Enter your PIN and press the OK button.
7. Correct PIN will be confirmed with the following text on your card reader display: PIN OK.
8. You will now be logged on to Corporate Netbank.
When you want to make a confirmation follow this steps:
1. Press the Confirm button on the Corporate Netbank page.
2. The BankID dialogue appears. Press the Sign button.
3. Enter your PIN on the card reader.
4. The confirmation page in Corporate Netbank appears.
Close all browser windows, remove the card from the card reader, remove the cable from the card reader, and close the Bank ID security application. Connect the card reader to the cable once again and make sure your shown “Nordea” and 3 black boxes in the card reader display. When they are gone insert the card and make sure you’re shown a dotted line. When the display goes blank, try to login once more. If the problem persists please contact support.
Tip! If you are using Win 10 make sure that you are not trying log in with browser Edge. Use instead Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Try to restart your computer and reinstall the card reader software and/or BankID Security application. If you are using a 64 bit browser, change to the 32 bit instead. If this does not help, contact your local support. Another option is to use the card reader without cable where you do not need to install any additional software.
If you have a PUK to your logon card or eID-card you can unlock the card with PUK and your card reader.
When you need to unblock your pin code you need to have the following items: a card reader with cable, a PUK code (8 digits), Bank ID security program and driver installed for the card reader.
Step by step:
1. Connect the card reader with the USB cable to your computer and insert the card in the card reader.
2. Start Bank ID security program;
- Windows – Open the startmenu and search for BankID
- Mac OS X – Open Finder, go to Program and click on BankID security program.
3. Click on your name and then press “Manage PIN”
4. Put in your PUK code (8 digits) and press OK
Contact Nordea to order a reminder of the PIN.
Ask your Corporate Netbank administrator to order a reminder of the PIN.
Card reader without cable
To get started with card reader without cable you need to have the following items, all provided from Nordea: A chip card (Nordea eID or e-legitimation), valid PIN for the card and a card reader. To get more information you are welcome to see our introduction video here below.

Card reader without cable is an authentication solution that is used for logon and signing in several of Nordeas corporate services and among those Corporate Netbank. To use it you need a card reader NCR1, a chip card (eID card or logon card) with a valid PIN for the card.
It is not possible to use a business card.
Go to the logon page for Corporate Netbank. Choose Cardreader without cable.
1. Enter the last 8 digits printed on your card into the Card number field.
2. Turn on the card reader by inserting the card in the reader without the cable being connected. The chip on the card should be headed down and facing you. If the card is already inserted and the display is turned off, press OK to re-activate the reader.
3. Select function appears on the card reader window. Press Login on the card reader.
4. Enter the challenge code and press OK.
5. When Card PIN: is shown on the card reader window, enter your PIN code and press OK.
6. Take the 9-digit response code from the card reader and enter it into the Response code field.
7. Click the Logon button.
Follow instructions on the screen:
1. Insert the card in the card reader, or press OK if the card is already inserted.
2. Select function is displayed on your card reader. Press Sign.
3. Enter the challenge code on your card reader and press OK.
4. Card PIN: is displayed on your card reader. Enter your PIN code and press OK.
5. A response code is displayed on your card reader. Enter this code in the input field and click Confirm.
Before confirming a payment an additional verification might be required for some payments. This is to ensure the validity of the receiver´s account stated in the payment.
How to verify:
1. Insert the card in the card reader, or press OK if the card is already inserted.
2. Select function is displayed on the card reader. Press Sign.
3. Enter the challenge code on the card reader and press OK.
4. New beneficiary - OK? is displayed on the card reader. Press OK.
5. Enter the last 6 digits (exclude any letters) of the beneficiary's account number from the invoice and press OK. If the beneficiary account number contains less than six digits, enter all.
6. Card PIN: is displayed on the card reader window, enter your PIN code and press OK.
7. A response code is displayed on the card reader. Enter this code in the input field above and click Verify.
1. If you have an eID card then you use the cards latest 8 numbers in column card number. If you have any other card you use your personal number in column card number. Please make sure that you are using the right numbers and that you are using the LOGIN-button on your card reader.
2. Make sure that your private bankcard, logon card or eID card is valid.
3. Don't use a bookmark or a saved favorite, type www.nordea.xx in your browsers address field to reach the logon page.
4. Delete cache and cookies in the browser and restart the browser.
Ask your Corporate Netbank administrator to order a reminder of the PIN.

If you have a PUK to your logon card or eID-card you can unlock the card with PUK and your card reader.
Information regarding technical requirements
For correct operation of Corporate Netbank we recommend that the below requirements are met. For security reasons we recommend to always use the latest versions.
Operating Systems in the versions that are still supported by the suppliers listed below. Other operating systems, beta versions and unsupported versions might work, but they are not supported by Corporate Netbank.

Encrytion; Browsers must use at least SSL3/128 bit encryption.
Cookies; Use of cookies in browsers must be enabled.
Requirements for specific features; Some features in Corporate Netbank have additional requirements. These are:
Logon using card reader with cable; Requires installing driver for the card reader and security software. They can be downloaded from information about Card reader with cable. In addition, ActiveX and JavaScript must be enabled in the browser.

Secure logon
User authentication
The user's identity towards Corporate Netbank is verified by log on using:
Nordea ID
card reader without cable
card reader with cable
Swedish mobile BankID
This logon information is personal. The card must not be handed over to any other user.
The logon information should only be entered when you are in a secure session of Nordea Corporate Netbank. Look for a padlock in the lower bar of the browser screen or to the right of the address bar in the browser. The padlock confirms the browser has an encrypted tunnel to Nordea. To be completely sure the tunnel goes to Nordea, click on the padlock and the tab Certification.
Secure data transport via the Internet
Due to the encrypted tunnel (SSL encryption) data can neither be seen nor manipulated by any unauthorized party when transferred between your browser and Nordea.
Antivirus program
Virus and other malicious software are a concrete threat to all PC users today. Virus may come from USB memory sticks (or other removable media), from e-mails or downloaded while you are on the Internet.
Always run an acknowledged antivirus program on your PC.
Be sure the antivirus program contains the newest virus signature files
If a virus attack is detected, immediately contact the persons in your company responsible for IT or IT security and avoid using the PC until the virus has been removed.
Internet browsers
Your browser and its configuration have a strong influence on your PC security. While you are on the Internet your browser may accept to run external programs, but it should not be done indiscriminately. You are advised to:
Use the newest version of your Internet browser
Configure the browser so you are requested to accept transfer of programs from the PC to the Internet or vice versa
Only download files from vendors whom you feel sure you can trust in terms of security
Only accept signed applets, ActiveX controls and other executables from trustworthy vendors or stop totally for import
Use the browser's standard security configuration, as a minimum.
Firewall
You should always have firewall protection against insecure networks. If your PC is connected to the company's local network, a firewall usually exists between this local network and the Internet. The firewall prevents unauthorized access to the local network from the Internet.
If you do not have firewall protection like if you use a stand-alone PC, we recommend you install a personal firewall on your PC and ensure only necessary traffic is allowed.
To get access to Nordea Corporate Netbank, you should open the protocol HTTPS on port 443 in the firewall. The highest security level is obtained by only opening for traffic OUT through the port in the firewall and for example only to Nordea's URL address: https://solo.nordea.com/nsc/engine.
Blocking the access to Corporate Netbank
If you have lost your logon information or you suspect misuse for other reasons, the card and/or Nordea ID app must be blocked immediately. If the card is blocked a new one must be activated. You can block both the card, ask for a new card to be activated, and block the Nordea ID app by contacting either your administrator or one of your support contact persons in Nordea.
