Nordea in Poland awarded Business leader of the year

We excited to share that we are awarded with PRO Tiger award as the business leader of the year. The award is given to innovative organizations, local governments, and managers in several key categories.

The awards emphasize our outstanding performance and our commitment to excellence and to delivering exceptional value to our clients. The award was received by Agnieszka Belowska-Gosławska, who also received an award the category of "Manager of the Year" for her achievements in the industry, especially for her dedication and support in building relationships with universities and local authorities on behalf of Nordea.

Offices in Poland since 2010

We have been a company in Poland since 2010 and have now offices located in Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Warsaw, providing a modern workplace for thousands of people. From Poland we drive areas such as technology, IT, operations, audit, legal, compliance and risk. Our workplace was this year also awarded with Diversity in Check certification and we have been also nominated for an award at the Polish Diversity Awards 2024 in the "Intercultural Dialogue" category for the Language Swap programme.

Focus on innovation

PRO Tiger is a continuation of the Outsourcing Stars competition, which Pro Progressio has been organizing since 2013. The aim of the competition is to distinguish leaders in various business fields, with particular emphasis on innovation and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. The competition is open to public and private organizations operating in Poland, and its non-commercial nature provides wide access to compete for prestigious awards. 

The PRO Tiger competition, with over a decade of tradition, has so far collected over 400 entries, 120 awards have been granted, and thousands of participants have taken part in the annual awards galas.
