Our digital channels recognised as the best in the Nordics – once again

Global Finance’s 25th annual World’s Best Digital Bank Awards has recognised Nordea’s digital channels as the best in the Nordics for both personal and business banking customers, demonstrating our commitment to providing our customers with easy-to-use digital solutions across segments. For personal banking, our Netbank and mobile banking app were awarded with Best Consumer Digital Bank, Best Mobile Banking App, Best Online Product Offerings, and Best User Experience Design.
This marks our third consecutive year of being recognised for our digital banking by Global Finance. What stands out this year is our recognition across all four Nordic countries, as well as the overall regional winner for Western Europe in the Best User Experience Design category.

In July, Nordea was awarded at Euromoney’s Awards for Excellence 2025 as the Best Digital Bank in the Nordics, Best Digital Bank in Denmark, and Best Digital Bank in Finland. This assessment covered both personal and small and medium size companies (SME) digital channels.
Over the past year, our digital channels have seen various improvements in features and key customer journeys with improved savings and investment features, easier payment functionalities, and financial management tools to name a few.
