(SE #3) It is sad to be writing our last blog post about our summer internship at Nordea Markets in Stockholm. It has just been a truly amazing experience and we are all very grateful for this opportunity. Before we say goodbye – and hoping we will return to Nordea one day - we'll wrap-up and recap the last two weeks of our internship.

Exploring new grounds, cracking challenging cases and making new friends
(SE #2) Halfway through their internship in Markets Sweden, the three interns now know their way around on the trading floor in Stockholm where they’re rotating between units. There’s never a dull moment. The interns are being challenged with business cases, trying to get their heads around the FX value chain, Equity research, valuation methods, fixed income instruments and more – in between ice cream breaks, coffee chats and after-work mingling.
Gaining insight to Investment Banking – having a blast professionally and socially

Diving into Shipping with passionate people, and enjoying after-work mingling
(NO #3) Halfway through their internship, Sania and Ole Martin are on a steep learning curve, diving into Nordea’s shipping business, as they’ve joined the LC&I Nordic Shipping team in Norway. On top of gaining valuable insight from working on live projects, attending client meetings and more, the interns get to meet and mingle with a lot of people from across Nordea – also after work on social gatherings.
Taking it all in - testing and developing their skills, on and off the trading floor in Cph
(DK #2) We’re thrilled to have seven summer interns joining us, and happy to see they’re having a good time, both on and off the trading floor. While being busy diving into the financial markets, progressing on projects, getting insights to xVA, FX, rates and equity trading, and developing their SQL, Python and coding skills, our interns in Copenhagen are also enjoying leisure time together; dining, golfing, sightseeing and more.

(SE #1) Two weeks into their summer internship at our trading floor in Stockholm, Kerstin, Felix and Emma are busy familiarising with Markets’ products and services, while cracking cases and having fun – at work and after-work. They’ve rotated between various desks, and deep-dived into El Niño, joined an Old Town quiz battle and much more.
