(FFP #1) It’s always a big pleasure to welcome a new group of talented students to our Future Finance Professional (FFP) programme in Helsinki. This year, we’re thrilled to enrol 19 students to our FFP internship 2024. The students are seemingly off to a good start, settling into their teams and work tasks, and hooking up with fellow FFPs – and former FFPs, now Fun Managers, dedicated to introduce the students to the FFP life.

Meet Benedicte Bertmand – a 26-year-old Business Banking graduate based in Oslo, who joined Nordea in 2022 after completing an MSc in Business. She is one of over 50 graduate programme members who attended the annual summit in Copenhagen last week. It was a three-day event with activities such as project management training and teamwork to craft good solutions for this year’s case challenge.
