Meet Benedicte Bertmand – a 26-year-old Business Banking graduate based in Oslo, who joined Nordea in 2022 after completing an MSc in Business. She is one of over 50 graduate programme members who attended the annual summit in Copenhagen last week. It was a three-day event with activities such as project management training and teamwork to craft good solutions for this year’s case challenge.
