Celebrating diversity together: Nordea is a proud sponsor of Baltic Pride

Throughout the spring and early summer, Nordea is taking part in Pride celebrations across the Nordics and the Baltics. In Estonia, Baltic Pride from 1 to 7 June 2026 includes several events and activities.  

For example, we will raise the Pride flag at Ülemiste City, where our office is located, and host a workshop exploring how to create an inclusive environment that helps people feel safe, be themselves and perform at their best. 

On 6 June, employees, members of the Nordea LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, allies and supporters will come together in Tallinn to walk in the parade through the city. This will be followed by a full programme of events, including a picnic, a concert and community activities. Nordea will be present at Telliskivi Creative City from 13.00, engaging with visitors and sharing how we work and how we integrate diversity, inclusion and community engagement into our business.  

Many Nordea colleagues, friends and allies have already signed up to walk in the parade together with Tiina Käsi, Country Senior Executive for Nordea in Estonia. She has taken part every year, and each experience has left a strong impression on her.
