The latest report on banks’ brand value, by Brand Finance, shows that Nordea in Sweden has taken an astonishing leap between 2021–22. An increase of 26% in “Brand Value”, meaning how important the brand is in the banking community and a valuation of the total development of both the financial balance and the brand’s strength.
“We’re incredibly proud of the work that all employees at Nordea are doing for our brand, and this improvement. A strong brand tells us that we are delivering on our customers’ expectations. They are the focus of everything we do. The key message to our customers is that we are always there for them, however and whenever they need us. This brand improvement is a confirmation that our customers recognise this too,” says Per Långsved.
