Women’s Finance Insight Programme kick-off – tag along, hear the students’ motivations and first impressions
It was with anticipation and excitement, we once again could kick off our annual Nordea Women’s Finance Insight Programme at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. As always, it’s a pleasure to meet and greet students interested in finance, and this year we’re thrilled to welcome over 55 students.

Meet Anne-Claire Madec, a 24-year-old finance graduate based in Stockholm. After completing her dual Master’s Degree (MSc in Finance and MSc in Management) from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) in the summer of 2022, she embarked on the Nordea Graduate Programme. She has been rotating in Investor Relations, Asset Management and is soon to start her next rotation.
