At the beginning of November, Nordea hosted a Graduate Case Competition in Copenhagen for Graduate Programme members who joined in September 2023. The case was sponsored by Personal Banking at Nordea, and participants were asked to consider the question “How can we complement our existing retail banking business model to stay relevant in the future?”

Meet Dušana Milinković, a 23-year-old graduate based in Copenhagen. Dušana graduated from DTU, with MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Computation and here in Nordea she is working on machine learning and AI projects. She joined the Nordea Graduate Programme in September 2024, with Rates Development and Data being her home unit.
